Our Health, Safety, Security and Environment policy is approved by the Department of Labor and Employment and applied on every site, with no exceptions made for schedule or cost.

We work to the Occupational Safety and Health Standards in full, and we adopt each client's own site rules on top of ours wherever theirs are stricter.
02 / 05Daily safety practices
Each shift opens with a toolbox meeting and a Job Hazard Analysis for that day's task. PPE is inspected before work starts and refresher training runs throughout the project.
03 / 05Risk management
Every scope includes a documented emergency response plan, incident reporting and investigation, and measures to protect the surrounding site and community.
04 / 05Zero accidents objective

No technician joins a crew without current certification. Records are on file and available for client audit at any time.
Safety Officer 1 (SO1)
Present on site daily. Runs the safety orientation and toolbox meetings, checks PPE and stops work the moment a condition becomes unsafe.
Safety Officer 2 (SO2)
Owns the risk assessments and work permits, investigates any incident or near miss, and reports findings back into how the next job is planned.
